1. General

1.1. You accept this agreement when you start using the Service: start the bot with the /start command, sign in on the website, top up your balance or open a case. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

1.2. The Privacy Policy (/privacy) and the prices and rates page (/prices) apply together with this agreement.

1.3. The Service is not affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox Corporation or the creators of the game Steal a Brainrot. Item names and images belong to their rights holders.

2. Definitions

2.1. TOK: the Service's internal balance. You cannot exchange TOK back for money or transfer it to another user. You can spend TOK only inside the Service.

2.2. Item: a digital item from the game Steal a Brainrot (a brainrot) held in your inventory in the Service. Every item has a price in TOK.

2.3. Case: a set of items with fixed odds. When you open a case, you get one random item from the set.

2.4. Game modes: Upgrader, battles, dice, duels, Crash, Fuse and other modes where you bet items or TOK.

2.5. Withdrawal: delivery of an item to you in Roblox through a trade with a Service account.

3. Account

3.1. The Service creates your account the first time you sign in through Telegram. One person may have one account.

3.2. You are responsible for your Telegram account and must not share your sign-in code with other people. Service staff never ask for your sign-in code.

3.3. The Service is for users aged 18 and older. By topping up your balance, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you pay with your own funds.

4. What the Service sells

4.1. The Service sells TOK: an internal balance for opening cases and playing game modes. The prices and rates page lists the exchange rate and top-up methods.

4.2. You open cases with TOK. Each case page shows the case price before you open it, along with every item in the case and its odds.

4.3. The Service's server determines the result of every case opening and every game before the animation starts. The animation only shows a result that is already decided.

4.4. The Service does not promise any win. The item you get may be worth less than the case price or your bet.

4.5. No bet is lost in full. A case always drops an item, and you can keep it, sell it for TOK or withdraw it. In modes where a round can take the whole bet, guaranteed cashback goes back to your balance. The prices and rates page lists the cashback percentage and the modes where it applies.

5. Top-ups and limits

5.1. You can top up your balance with the methods in the top-up window: Telegram Stars, cryptocurrency, Roblox items, Telegram gifts and other methods when they are available.

5.2. A single top-up and a single operation in the Service (a case opening, a bet) cannot exceed the limit, if the prices and rates page sets one.

5.3. The Service credits TOK after the payment provider confirms the payment. You get a promo code bonus only while the promo code is active.

5.4. You must wager bonus TOK and items from free cases before you can withdraw them. The prices and rates page and the withdrawal window show the wagering requirement.

6. Item withdrawals

6.1. You can withdraw items that are on the withdrawable list and priced at or above the minimum. The withdrawal window shows the list and the minimum.

6.2. To withdraw, you enter your Roblox username. The Service sets the delivery time automatically. At that time, you join the game and accept the trade from the Service account.

6.3. If an item is out of stock, you can swap it for another withdrawable item or sell it for TOK.

6.4. You cannot withdraw items marked "not withdrawable" (bought in the Upgrader shop or won with such items). You can sell them or use them in games.

6.5. The Service does not pay out withdrawals in money: it delivers items only.

7. Refunds

7.1. TOK and opened cases are non-refundable: you receive the digital goods the moment the Service credits them.

7.2. You can get a refund or a repeat credit if your payment went through but the TOK did not arrive, if you were charged twice, or if the Service failed to provide its service through its own technical fault.

7.3. Send your refund request to support within 14 days of payment. Include the payment method, amount, time and payment number.

7.4. The Administration decides on the request after checking the payment, usually within 10 business days.

7.5. Contact support before you dispute a payment with your bank or payment provider.

8. Prohibited actions

8.1. Creating several accounts to get bonuses, play against yourself or get around restrictions.

8.2. Exploiting Service bugs, or using bots, scripts and automation.

8.3. Topping up with someone else's funds or with stolen items.

8.4. Selling, transferring or renting out your account.

8.5. Impersonating Service staff or deceiving other users.

9. Access restrictions

9.1. The Administration may suspend your account, cancel a win or bonus obtained through a violation, and close your account if you break this agreement, or if the law or a payment provider requires it.

9.2. Before closing an account for a violation, the Administration reviews your appeal, if you sent one.

10. Liability

10.1. The Service is provided "as is". The Administration works to keep it running without interruptions, but it is not responsible for outages of Telegram, Roblox, payment providers or the internet.

10.2. If a game stops because of a Service failure, the Service returns your bet or finishes the game with the result already determined.

10.3. The Administration is not responsible if you lose access to your account after you shared your sign-in code or access to your Telegram yourself.

11. Changes to this agreement

11.1. The Administration may change this agreement. It publishes each new version on this page with its date.

11.2. If you keep using the Service after the changes, you accept the new version.

12. Disputes

12.1. Support handles disputes. You write to support, and the Administration replies within 10 business days.
